Research
Dr. Joshi's research centers around enhancing teaching, learning, outreach, and diversity of engineers, along with instructional innovation in Biomedical Engineering. Her current research interest focuses on applying human centered design thinking for approaching challenges in teaching engineering. Rucha is also actively involved in educational entrepreneurship projects and making engineering accessible to underrepresented high school students in the US as well as India.
